About the Role

As a Client Partner, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our Clients, assisting them to provide effective oversight of the service delivered. The Client Partnerships team are a catalyst for growth, engaging with clients to overcome challenges, creating value whilst fostering loyalty and advocacy.

You will have responsibility for managing client/supplier contractual obligations and facilitating regular contractual governance with stakeholders, whilst representing your clients’ perspective within our business, overseeing change delivery and constructively championing client’s priorities.

You will develop an effective strategy for engaging with stakeholders, conducting stakeholder analysis and planning to ensure effective and meaningful communication with clients.

You will manage the day-to-day relationship between Newcastle Strategic Solutions and a portfolio of our Partnerships. You will proactively strengthen and grow relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to create value and delighting our clients with the service we provide. Your clients’ perspectives and insight will allow you to identify and inform priorities for service development, including new products and feature enhancements. You will drive adoption of these enhancements for clients when they become available.

In terms of value, you will create a deep understanding of Client Success and collaborate with your Clients to understand and align to their strategic priorities, agreeing metrics and tracking progress. These metrics will inform the implementation and management of Client success plans, enabling a deep understanding of the client's strategy, ambitions, and needs.

About You

We are looking for a confident and capable communicator with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, whilst being able to challenge constructively and assertively when required. Account management, Client relationship management and/or Success Management in a complex managed service and corporate environment is essential, along with resilience and effective time and task management skills.

As an experienced manager of Client relationships, you will be forward-looking, with a track record of developing accounts through effective account planning and stakeholder engagement. You will be experienced in growing accounts through success planning, offering products and services that align to the clients' strategy to achieve personal KPIs linked to business growth. You will already be a valuable team leader, who proactively uses initiative when faced with challenges. While knowledge of banking systems and platforms is desirable, alongside retail banking or more specifically, Savings Accounts, we can upskill you and share with you our vast industry knowledge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused, account or client relationship manager to drive change and delivery in a dynamic and growing environment.
