The FirstService Residential Property Manager provides management services to a portfolio of buildings including rental (residential) and commercial on behalf of investor clients.
We are seeking someone in the Nanaimo area, who is familiar with Vancouver Island rental buildings, and is passionate about managing a portfolio of rental buildings.
Like all property management roles, success means building long-term relationships with our clients by maximizing the return on their investment, balanced with harmonious relationships with tenants and others who interact with our properties.
A current Representative License to provide Rental Property Management Services as issued by the BC Financial Services Authority, a valid BC driver’s license, and access to a vehicle with business insurance are requirements of the role.
As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits including Health and Dental, etc. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, access to our Employee Assistance Plan, and Tuition Reimbursement Program and more.
$70,000 - $75,000 per annum
