Project Manager - Justice

A Canadian Architecture Firm with a global presence is looking to bring an experienced project manager onto their team. This role is specifically within the justice studio and will focus on the business management of architectural projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project, measured by financial success, meeting completion milestones, and the satisfaction of the client, internal team, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Only candidates who have experience working on Provincial and/or Federal buildings will be considered for this role. Must have experience with DBFM and/or P3 projects. Justice work preferred.

Must have qualifications:

1. 2+ years as PROJECT MANAGER on complex buildings. Must have experience managing project schedules, resourcing, contracts, and financials.
2. Experience assembling and presenting reports to upper management and outside stakeholders.
3. 10+ years of industry experience.

Candidates who have a Canadian Security Clearance will be considered first due to the nature of the projects they will be working on.
