What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for lodge guests
- Collaborate with the Lodge Chef for wine pairings
- Manage on-site beverage inventory and working supplies
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, and daily record keeping of all alcohol sales through the on-site POS system
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Serving It Right Certificate
- Strong foundational knowledge of wines, beers, and liquors
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
- Experience with ordering and inventory management
- Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred
