Strong communication skills (Effective, articulate)
Experience working in Agile teams, with strong expertise on Agile practices
Proficiency facilitating Squad meetings to ensure they are solutions-oriented, focusing on customer needs and delivering business value as well as gathering client requirements
Ability to elicit, analyze, and generate Business requirements documents (including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, and supporting documentation)
Ability to partner with product owner and stakeholders to articulate roadmaps and goals
A data-driven mindset, leveraging business-driven KPIs and available metrics to manage and communicate team performance
Ability to partner with engineering, development, and service operations on delivery strategy for implementation, delivery support, and maintenance of products
Experience creating, maintaining, and presenting client-facing product collateral like Roadmaps, Release Plans & Briefings
Ability to incorporate and align new demand with key product features and strategy
Expected to monitor and drive improvement of overall health of products
Experience liaising with the development team to ensure the product is developed according to specifications
