As a Growth Marketing Manager at Absorb, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving demand generation and uncovering new opportunities to accelerate scalable growth. You’ll take the lead in exploring and optimizing digital marketing strategies across emerging channels, fueling our pipeline and expanding our reach. If you're a data-driven marketer who thrives on experimentation, rapid iteration, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of campaigns across new and emerging digital channels.
  • Create, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions while meeting or exceeding ROI targets.
  • Use a data-driven approach to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement A/B tests to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Constantly explore new digital marketing tactics and emerging platforms to uncover additional growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with broader business goals and resonate with our target audience.
  • Allocate spend effectively across channels, ensuring maximum return on investment while maintaining flexibility for rapid testing and scaling.
  • Provide clear and actionable performance reports to stakeholders, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising for lead generation and brand demand including hands-on experience with social, display, and video channels.
  • A proven track record of driving growth in a B2B SaaS environment, understanding the nuances of lead generation and conversion in this space.
  • Strong proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ad platforms, and other measurement tools) to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and a solid understanding of how various digital marketing efforts interact to drive growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly based on evolving market conditions and new opportunities.
