Siltech Corporation, a Canadian owned Chemical company, is looking to hire immediately a full time, permanent Office Administrator for our Mississauga facility.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this position manages administrative tasks for key accounts, inventory control, report and data maintenance and provides backup for the Office Manager.
Duties include:
To qualify for this position, you must be proficient in inventory management, process improvement, and compliance reporting with 2-3 years’ experience in a related role, preferably in a Chemical Manufacturing environment.
Preferred candidates will have Dangerous Goods and WHMIS training, logistics knowledge or experience, excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of Chempax or other ERP systems such as SAP is an asset.
