RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate outstanding customer service
Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner
Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer appropriate add ons to experience
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date

QUALIFICATIONS

Esthetic diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of skincare lines and products
Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
Schedule flexibility
Strong team player
