Human Resources Manager

A fast-growing distributor in the machinery industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager in the Moncton, New Brunswick area.

Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10 years of human resources management experience with multi-site experience preferred.
• Demonstrated talent acquisition, policy development and performance management experience.
• Working knowledge of Canadian labor laws.
• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) achievement.
• Experience developing employee handbooks and benefits offerings.
