Sales Rep - Kitchen Renovations - Excellent Commission - Great Hours - Burlington, West Oakville and Surrounding Communities

Kitchen Tune-Up is growing! We are a locally owned and operated business backed by a national franchise system with over 35 years as a leader in the remodeling industry.
We are seeking dedicated sales professionals to join our team with the mission of delivering outstanding kitchen remodeling solutions. We are seeking a strong communicator with empathy and high emotional intelligence. Must be persistent, highly motivated, hard working and results driven. Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Complete the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process training.
  2. Live the Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints.
  3. Execute the sales process on every lead.
  4. Maintain customer communication throughout the sale process.
  5. Use/update ServiceMinder (CRM) to ensure activities and customer notes are captured on a timely basis.
  6. Be the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project.
  7. Work with the project manager/install teams to ensure crisp delivery of sold project.
  8. Arrange and collect customer payments as per payment terms and schedule.
  9. Participate in networking and marketing events such as industry and local events, home shows, etc.
  10. Professionally represent the company at every interaction and opportunity - attire, industry knowledge, service, etc.
  11. Ensure effective delivery of the sales process with every lead.
  12. Achieve sales goals.
  13. Attend, participate in and lead meetings as scheduled/required.
  14. Provide feedback on company operations, processes and procedures.
  15. Flex hours typically but some evening and weekend will be required.
  16. Need own vehicle.

Qualifications:
  1. Confident - no hesitation asking for the sale, diligently following up and dealing with objections.
  2. Detail oriented, hard working, FUN to work with and take pride in your work.
  3. Highly professional, reliable and possess a strong desire to succeed.
  4. Able to establish strong connections with people when first meeting.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Computer and smartphone proficient.
  7. Social media savvy.
  8. Interior/kitchen design experience a plus but not necessary.
