Telecom Sales Representative - Welland

Endo Networks is an experiential marketing company specializing in connecting brands with customers through impactful interactions. We are currently looking for Part-Time Telecom Sales Representatives to represent our newest client, a leading telecommunications company, in retail stores.

You will be the face of a major telecommunications company in retail stores, providing outstanding customer service and promoting their services. Your role will involve engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions to enhance their experiences.

Location: 800 Niagara Street, Welland, L3C 5Z4, Seaway Mall

Salary: $22/hr + $4/hr bonus for a total of $26/hr

Responsibilities:

• Actively approach and engage with customers in-store, building strong relationships and trust.
• Educate customers on services, including internet, television, and home phone services, and identify the best solutions for their needs.
• Work towards individual and team sales goals, driving revenue and contributing to the success of retail operations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Greet customers in a timely manner and service their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for ensuring that the general operation of the store is carried out in the most professional, organized, and profitable manner possible.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or telecommunications environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about telecommunications products and services.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
