Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks

  1. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  2. Arrange for billing for services
  3. Explain the type and cost of services offered
  4. Issue receipts and other forms
  5. Maintain records and statistics
  6. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
  7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  8. Perform general office duties
  9. Receive payments
