General Production Worker

Your Role: As a General Production Worker, you will:

1. Assist in the assembly and finishing of cabinets.
2. Operate woodworking machinery and tools.
3. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
4. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

4. Experience in manufacturing or woodworking is a plus, but not required.

Cross-Departmental Assistance:

1. When necessary, assist in the production of lines of other departments including Panel Processing, Assembly, Finishing, Doors & Parts, and Shipping.

Administration:

1. Operate and maintain tools and equipment in your area.
2. Attend daily morning huddles.
3. Contribute and participate in the effective use of the Quality Control System.
