What You Bring

Education & Certification:

  1. Law Clerk diploma or equivalent certification.
  2. A member (or eligibility for membership) of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) is a plus.

Experience & Skills:

  1. 2+ years of experience in real estate law, handling residential and/or commercial transactions.
  2. Proficiency with Teraview, Unity, and other real estate software.
  3. Strong understanding of title searches, document preparation, and closing processes.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  3. A knack for explaining legal concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
