Our ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial landscape construction and earthworks, is an experienced and dependable leader, and is committed to team growth and success. As a Construction Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of landscape construction projects; including the supervision of field staff and heavy equipment, ensuring that all work performed adheres to client scope, site specifications, and budgets and maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Landscape Construction / Earthworks Foreman
• Experienced in heavy equipment operation including skid steers, excavators, and loaders
• Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in Horticulture considered an asset
