What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service? Do you consider yourself a bit of a fashionista? In this role, you’ll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You’ll make use of your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help these exclusive customers to shop, resolve questions about their orders, and provide white glove treatment.
You’ll report to your team leader. Seek to understand is one of our core values and working in a global company means working with teammates from around the world. As it’s important we understand one another, speaking English is required so that we can communicate with each other wherever we are.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Understand customers’ needs and provide alternative solutions including upselling products or services

What You Bring to the Role

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English. In this role you will be interacting with global customers and coworkers whose primary language is English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
