IndemniPro Field Adjuster, Full-Time (Saint John, NB)

We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! Can work in a HYBRID environment.

Responsibilities:

The Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. The ideal candidate should have experience in at least one of these areas: Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, Bodily Injury claims.
  2. University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  4. Adjuster’s license, or currently pursuing CIP designation.
  5. Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.

  2. Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics.
  3. Good investigative manner.
  4. Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.
  5. Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information.
  6. Advanced communication skills including effective written and oral skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, and must be able to flex style appropriate to the audience.
  7. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
  8. Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.
