Training Coordinator - SAP ERP

Job Description: Our client is looking for a SAP ERP Training Coordinator to join for a contract role.

Must Have Primary Skills:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related field
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training coordinator or management role
   • Experience in facilitating training sessions both in-person and virtually
   • Experience delivering training in a Public Service environment
   • Proficient in adapting training delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and audiences
3. Technical Proficiency:
   • Proficient in using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
   • Skilled in the MS Office toolset, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
4. Additional Knowledge:
   • Familiarity with Project Management best practices

Nice To Have Secondary Skills:

1. Experience as a Training Coordinator in Public Sector
2. Familiarity with learning management systems and experience in managing training content within an LMS
3. Ability to leverage technology for blended learning approaches
4. Relevant certification in training, instructional design or education

Proven Experience In:

1. Coordinating and contributing to the development of reporting and training materials
2. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
3. Expertise in developing various training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
4. Familiarity with training authoring tools
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
6. Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
7. Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
