Digital Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance brand presence across digital channels. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will develop and execute online marketing strategies to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing plans.
2. Collaborate with creative agencies on content, budgets, and KPIs.
3. Manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
4. Optimize website content and social media integration.
5. Analyze KPIs for campaign optimization.
6. Support influencer marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
2. 5+ years of marketing experience, including web, social media, and influencer strategies.
3. Strong communication, project management, and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMS experience (Shopify preferred).
5. Passion for learning and growth within the company.
