Position: Full Time Dental Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Experience with A/R
- Experience with Ortho, Implant, Invisalign PreD
- Ensure schedule is fully booked and efficient with filling last minute cancellations
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage patient billing and insurance claims
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and outgoing attitude, with a genuine passion for patient care
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset
