We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator/Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment team and ensure smooth office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized individual who enjoys multi-tasking and is interested in developing a career in recruitment and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and other team events.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist the recruitment team with posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Organize and maintain candidate databases, tracking applicant progress and updating records.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and pre-interview assessments for select roles.
- Support candidate communications, including scheduling follow-ups, managing interview reminders, and handling rejection notices.
- Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs or open houses, as needed.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in office administration or recruitment support is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer service-oriented approach.
