What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large and enterprise software companies
Build and maintain relationships with executives and key stakeholders at software companies
Provide feedback to cross-functional teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile and sales strategies
Collaborate with various teams to drive product strategy and customer success
Contribute to team projects focused on enhancing sales processes and playbooks
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Minimum of 5 years experience in a consultative SaaS selling environment or business development, preferably with a technical product
At least 1 year of experience in fintech or payments
Strong communication, research, and presentation skills
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, and other sales tools

Experience in a fast-paced, high ambiguity sales environment
Demonstrated strategic negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals
Ability to proactively improve existing processes and develop best practices
