Aide - Learning Center (High School)

Ontario Christian seeks a Learning Center Aide (High School) that will assist in teaching students with learning needs. This role will work closely with the teacher and 4-6 students in the class. They will follow the teacher's directions for each student, accompany students to PE/Weights classes, and assist in the implementation of instruction, accommodations, and modifications. This role requires a person who can show care, patience, and love for students with unique learning needs.

Requirements for this role are as follows:

Experience

• One (1) + years working with students who have special needs preferred.
• Classroom experience with students who have special needs preferred.
• One (1) - Three (3) years working with High School age students.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience.
• AA degree in Early Childhood Development, Teaching, or related field preferred.
