Job description

Are you looking for a highly rewarding job with less stress, no evenings or weekends, a small tight-knit team, and incredibly fulfilling work? We are hiring!

HomeTeam Medical Services has been providing unique primary home-based interdisciplinary health care for seniors in the Greater Victoria area for 20 years. We are on the cutting edge of innovative home-based care for older adults that is evidence-based, with an integrated team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants.

We are responsive and pride ourselves on providing the best possible care for our patients and support for their family caregivers, as well as other community and hospital workers. Our goals are to improve seniors’ quality of life, maximize function, prevent transfers to hospital or moves to nursing homes, and reduce caregiver stress.

This job does not involve any long-term care work. Our patients live in the community in their own homes, retirement homes, and assisted living facilities. They exist along the spectrum of frailty, with some being independent and higher functioning, while others require more supportive care and complex medical interventions.

Applicants must be currently located in the Greater Victoria Area and licensed to practice as an RN in British Columbia.

Qualification: Experienced RN
