Schedule: Flexible - 4 days per week on a Monday to Friday clinic open operations, depending on clinic needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Hygiene Lead to determine the day-to-day scheduling needs.
• Assist hygienists by prepping operatories between patients and ensuring treatment rooms are prepared in accordance with infection control and practice protocols.
• Perform all sterilization duties in the operatories and sterilization area, ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols.
• Take notes and complete charting accurately as required.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of practice health and safety requirements.

About You:

• Previous clinical experience working in a sterilization role is considered an asset.
• Completion of sterilization courses is preferred.
• Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset.
• Strong commitment to maintaining sanitation and infection control standards.
