ABOUT THE ROLE

Anderson College is currently seeking an experienced professional Instructor to teach in our Paralegal Program at our London Campus location.

Instructors must have an appropriate combination of education, occupational experience, and teaching experience, including:

• fluency in English,
• experience teaching and leading interactive lectures and discussions,
• excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
• being a confident, engaging, enthusiastic, and dynamic presenter.

Additionally, the successful applicant must meet the following specific criteria, as a minimum:

• be an LSO licensee (Lawyer or Paralegal) in Good Standing;
• must have at least one year of practice experience in Ontario as a paralegal or lawyer, practicing in the subject matter areas that they will be teaching;
• must have at least two years of teaching experience in a school setting; acting as an occasional lecturer, a presenter, a trainer, an articling principal, or a Field Placement Supervisor is not considered teaching experience, or have formal training in education that has resulted in a degree, diploma, or certificate.
