Student, Administrative Support (Summer 2025)

Our Comber Operations team is looking for a Student to join their team from May to August 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growth-oriented organization and to gain experience and an understanding of the energy sector. The student will work on an array of office and administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Offer administrative support to the Operations group;
2. Provide reception coverage as required;
3. Organize copy rooms and maintain inventory of supplies;
4. Filing documents into files and addressing requests for photocopies;
5. Send and receive mail/faxes, packages and couriers and keep log of deliveries;
6. Provide support for invoice processing and inventory part count;
7. Perform other administration duties as assigned.

What you must have:

1. Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program and returning in the fall;
2. Completed first year university or college studies.
