What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones and computers
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must speak fluent French and English
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  5. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  2. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  3. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
