Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate professionals for a Full Stack Developer position with hands-on software development and solution design experience and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Translates user needs into technical specifications by understanding, conceptualizing, and facilitating technical requirements from user.
2. Analyzes, develops, tests, and implements new software programs or updates to existing, and documentation of entire software development life cycle execution.
3. Performs preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and fault rectification of system and core software components.
4. Ensures that code/configurations adhere to the security, logging, error handling, and performance standards and non-functional requirements.
5. Evaluates new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, and risk.
6. Follows release management processes and standards, and applies version controls.
7. Assists in interpreting and documentation of client requirements.
8. Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
9. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
10. Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
11. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Must Have Skills:

1. Java
2. Oracle database
3. Angular
4. HTML, JQuery
5. JSON and XML data notations
6. Knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating System

Technical Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of OpenText Livelink/Content Server
2. AWS Cloud

Salary: $60,000.00 - $111,700.00

Pay Type: Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
