Description:
As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices, and initiatives within a department or program.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum standard for typing is 35 words per minute. Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial or healthcare food service environment. Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary administrative assistant/clerical education or education in a related field. Experience with basic mathematical skills. One year of experience working in a diet office setting. Experience with CBORD, ConnectCare, RMID, and Formula Calculator. Experience working with diet terminology & guidelines.
