Relocate 90 minutes outside Toronto - Non-Hybrid
$80-90k (base) + good benefits + RRSP + bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you tired of long Toronto commutes and experienced in mid to high rise projects? Looking to join a firm located 90 minutes outside of Toronto that works on dynamic projects that will reward your skills with leadership advancement? Join a collaborative team including an OAA Architect, BIM Manager, other Technologists, and an Interior Designer on dynamic projects. This is a nice mid-sized city with all the amenities of a larger city including parks, walking trails, and a wide array of restaurants.

WHAT THEY NEED

1. Someone with a Bachelor's of Architecture or architectural technology diploma from an accredited institution
2. 4+ years of working drawings on mid to high rise residential (12F-40F) projects; strong Revit skills
3. Strong OBC skills related to mid to high rise projects; good building science skills; experience dealing with RFIs, shop drawings; project coordination with MEP consultants
4. Candidate proficient to produce a set of quality drawings: floor plans, elevations, building & wall sections; section details that meet code compliance
5. A Revit Portfolio of (12F-40F) residential projects (not custom homes or townhomes); a project list of at least 8+ projects within Ontario that you have been involved with
6. Excellent communication skills; willingness to collaborate in-house with other team members on a daily basis
7. Software: Revit (3+ years on-the-job use), AutoCAD, Wrike, Microsoft Project & Photoshop
8. Car with a valid G driver's license; willingness to occasionally visit job sites for inspections, measurements, and walk-throughs
