Responsibilities:
Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors
Review and reconcile daily sales reports for accurate coding and update Excel reports
Match purchase orders to invoices and investigate discrepancies
Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and staff
Assist with various administrative and accounting projects as required
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Accounting
Two plus years of experience as an Accounting Clerk
A combination of education and experience will be considered
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
A criminal background check is required
