Job Description:

As a Security Guard at our hotel, you will be entrusted with maintaining the safety and security of our guests, staff, and the property, especially in high-pressure or crisis situations. Your role will include:

• Customer Service
• Strong Security Presence
• Tactical Guarding
• De-escalation Techniques
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
• Emergency Response
• Monitoring and Reporting

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License in Ontario
• Previous tactical guard experience
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Expertise in de-escalation techniques and non-violent crisis intervention
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, particularly in high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass a background check
