Job Description:
We are growing and seeking a dedicated and experienced Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, with a focus on providing support to diverse and vulnerable populations. This role involves direct client interaction, case management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling to clients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Participate in community and education programs.
- Supervise and mentor social work interns and junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
