Job Description:

We are growing and seeking a dedicated and experienced Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, with a focus on providing support to diverse and vulnerable populations. This role involves direct client interaction, case management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide individual and group counselling to clients.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
3. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in emergencies.
4. Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
6. Participate in community and education programs.
7. Supervise and mentor social work interns and junior staff.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
2. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
