How You Will CELLebrate
Reporting to the Head of Facility Construction Management, the Senior Construction Manager will lead the coordination and execution of all static architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for large-scale industrial facility construction projects. This role will oversee the Construction Static Architecture Manager and the MEP Manager, along with their respective teams, ensuring seamless integration of these functions throughout the construction lifecycle. The Senior Construction Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role demands strong leadership and project management capabilities to drive cross-functional teams in achieving project objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Construction Static Architecture Manager, MEP Manager, and their respective teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative working environment across multidisciplinary teams, driving effective communication and coordination.
- Identify and address any performance issues within the team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure project success.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of both static architectural and MEP systems across all construction projects.
- Ensure that project milestones are met, resources are optimally allocated, and budget constraints are adhered to for all construction-related activities.
- Drive the timely completion of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability standards are maintained.
- Work closely with the Director of Facility Construction Management to align construction activities with overall project objectives and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and external consultants to ensure proper integration of MEP and static architectural systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination between various stakeholders including procurement, design teams, and contractors to minimize disruptions during construction phases.
- Establish and enforce quality control processes, ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Identify potential risks and lead the development and implementation of mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
- Develop, manage, and oversee the budget for construction projects, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources and timely procurement of materials.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and purchase requisitions for both static architecture and MEP elements.
- Ensure that manpower and equipment are allocated effectively to meet project objectives while managing labor and material costs.
- Prepare regular reports for the Director of Facility Construction Management on project status, including timelines, costs, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including design changes, procurement records, and as-built documentation.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of static architecture and MEP systems, with the ability to manage both disciplines effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.

- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD/Revit.
- Deep understanding of construction processes for both static architectural and MEP systems in large industrial facilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly in fast-paced, complex construction environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent decision-making skills with a focus on mitigating risks and driving project success.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
- German language skills are considered an asset.
