The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Work and Materials Planner to join our production team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will use your skills to be at the heart of operations.
You will be part of the production team responsible for establishing operational routines and executing various production plans. The team is organized to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:
- Define and execute lean and reliable material flows from dock to point of use in close collaboration with the Logistics-Supply function;
- Define and implement inventory management as part of an overall working capital improvement strategy;
- Build a workshop load plan for the "unpaced" production section.
- Develop solutions to align supply and demand to achieve inventory management strategy.
- Define and document the handling equipment from the loading dock to the workstation;
- Define and document production kits;
- Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality);
- Participate in improvement projects (Achieving Excellence System, 5S, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, manufacturing improvement, etc.)
Your boarding pass:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in logistics or industrial engineering, operations and logistics management, or a college diploma with equivalent experience;
- You have two to five years of relevant experience in logistics or production planning;
- You have relevant experience in the automotive or aerospace industry (an asset);
- You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles;
- You have a good understanding of written and spoken French and English (an asset);
- You are comfortable using the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
- You have an ease to use Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides);
- You have work experience with SAP (an asset);
