We require an IT technician for occasional service tickets. Tickets typically involve diagnosing and solving various software and hardware related issues. Each ticket is usually a few hours long, and up to an hour is paid for travel time. Interested applicants must have their own laptop and tools, as work will require consoling into various servers/networks to diagnose specific issues. Applicants must also have a separate outside internet connection, such as a wireless hot-spot through a mobile phone or USB device.
