About the Role

The End User Services team in the Business Services group is looking for a student full-time for the Summer 2025 co-op term. The student’s primary responsibilities will be focused on supporting various end user needs to resolve incidents, service requests or problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the Company’s end users;
  • Assist with the preparation and deployment of hardware and software assets for end users;
  • Conduct analysis of various hardware, software, and related licensing;
  • Monitor shared inboxes in order to manage requests and respond to urgent matters in a timely manner including cyber phishing notifications;
  • Assist in asset management and tracking of both hardware and software assets;
  • Analyze and follow service calls through to resolution using the incident management tool;
  • Perform research, development and testing for solutions and resolutions;
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and setting up computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment as needed.

Knowledge Required

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program;
  • Completed first year university or college studies in Computer Science or Programming;
  • Familiarity with MS operating systems on end devices;
  • Familiarity with M365 toolset would be considered an asset (ie. Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint);
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow as a ticketing system would be considered an asset.

Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively.
