Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
Analyze client needs to recommend suitable life insurance products
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Identify new business opportunities
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines

Experience/Qualifications
RIBO License or OTL license willing to convert to RIBO
Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Applied Rating, Acturis, and insurance portals is a plus.
Strong strategic planning and target achievement skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment.
Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
