The CLXT will perform a variety of routine laboratory, x-ray, and ECG procedures in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards as defined by respective service and accrediting bodies. The Laboratory/X-Ray Technologist also performs routine and preventative maintenance of equipment and troubleshoots equipment problems as required. Days of work are rotating, and shift times are: 07:30 to 15:30, 12:30 to 20:30, 09:00 to 15:00.

Qualifications- Graduation from an approved Medical Laboratory Science Program
- Current certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) and eligible for membership with the BC Society of Laboratory Sciences (BCSLS) and/or CSMLS
- One (1) year recent related experience
