COME GROW WITH US! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Weed Man, Canada's largest lawn care company, is currently hiring full-time, seasonal Lawn Care Technicians for the upcoming season. We provide an amazing opportunity for you to work outdoors and interact with clients. Please only apply if you are physically in Saskatoon, SK and have a valid SK driver license. Guaranteed hourly wage of $19/h + bonuses. No experience is required - Training will be provided. Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to around 4:00pm. Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional lawn care services to customers, including fertilization, weed control, insect control, aeration, and overseeding.
2. Communicate with customers as the front-line contact between homeowners and your Weed Man office.
3. Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn.
4. Maintain cleanliness of your assigned truck and equipment.
5. Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products.
6. Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position.
7. Maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements:

1. Valid Class 5 SK driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
3. Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
4. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
7. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
8. Adhere to company policies which can be found in the employee handbook (i.e., drug, alcohol, tobacco, cell phone, attendance, etc.).
9. Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed.
10. Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance.
