The Opportunity:

Under SellOffVacations, we are looking for a Home-Based Travel Expert to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As a results and detail-oriented Travel Expert, you are responsible for providing high quality service to consumer travel clients and for emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base. The position reports to the Manager, Call Center.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.
  • Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e., detailed travel documentation, etc.).
  • Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking.
  • Assist in the resolution of client complaints.
  • Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance with company policy.
  • Work closely with Consumers, Tour Operators, and various Internal Support departments.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience as a Travel Expert.
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
