TITLE

Business/Process Analyst

SCOPE

Innovapost is looking for a Business/Process Analyst to join our telecommunications and data services transition program (Network Renewal Program) which is transitioning the organization's cellular and enterprise networks, business communications tools and contact center platform to new service providers.

DUTIES

Working under the direction of Service Introduction Project Manager, the Business/Process Analyst will assist with the completion of the service introduction activities required to transition from project into day-2 operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting in the tracking and development of related operational support process documents.
  2. Working as part of a team with the operational delivery groups to document and link existing processes to new services.
  3. Creating/developing new process flows and procedures.
  4. Capturing processes in appropriate repositories.
  5. Receiving verbal and written input and consolidating into clear and concise documentation and diagrams.
  6. Working with vendor service introduction team to align on cross-organisational procedures.

Starting date: ASAP
Ending date: January 31st, 2023

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Must Have:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience as BA/Process Analyst.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal combined with excellent written documentation skills.
  3. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (MS Excel / Visio / Word).
  4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  5. Critical thinker with proven problem-solving ability.
  6. Ability to grasp complex concepts related to integration of multiple systems and how they satisfy business processes.
  7. Detail oriented, possessing strong analytical skills and the ability to work self-managed or collaboratively as part of a team.
  8. Hiring Team will be looking for personable resource with strong work ethic.
  9. Experience in telecommunications or enterprise networking (Asset).

LOCATION OF WORK

365 March Rd, Kanata, ON is the Primary work location. However, the job can be performed remotely from anywhere within Ontario as well.

HOURS OF WORK

37.5 hours per week
