Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Cam Clark Ford Airdrie location in Olds, AB.

In the position of Parts Advisor, reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies.
You will be accountable for:
- Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs
- Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed properly through the service department and collision repair shop
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time and completing the apt record keeping
- Utilizing parts manuals to accurately determine the correct parts needed for various makes, models, and production years of vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual
- Experience with Ford and familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS), particularly PBS is an asset
- An expressed interest and passion in the automotive industry
- Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization capabilities, and effective time management skills
- Punctual, dependable, and must have strong communication skills
