Food Service Supervisor

Location: Fredericton, NB E3B 1G1
Salary: $15.00 to $15.50 /hour (To be negotiated)

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses: First Aid Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Food Safety Certificate

Tasks:

1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
2. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
4. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
5. Ensure food service and quality control
6. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
7. Prepare and submit reports
8. Establish work schedules
