Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager in the implementation, coordination, and execution of Commsoft Technologies' marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Marketing Manager in the execution of the Fidelio ERP marketing strategy;
Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and marketing partners in maintaining brand standards and consistency;
Contributes to developing the North American market and to positioning Fidelio ERP;
Participates in the inbound marketing and marketing automation strategy by putting in place automation and nurturing scenarios in line with the sales cycles;
Contributes to measuring the performance of the marketing initiatives and to identifying the areas requiring improvement;
Participates in managing Fidelio ERP's social media account (LinkedIn) and calendar;
Take part in the creation of marketing materials;
Assists in the deployment of the content strategy and drafts content (e.g., newsletter, blog);
Coordinates virtual events (e.g., webinars);
Injects new marketing ideas and initiatives.
