Position Title: Research Assistant (MD or Master’s Degree Required)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant with an MD or a Master’s degree in (Medicine, public health, clinical research) to join our dynamic research team. This role focuses on general clinical research. The successful candidate will contribute to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge research.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of clinical and/or laboratory research projects.
2. Conduct literature reviews, data collection, and statistical analyses.
3. Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for publication or conferences.
4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and collaborators.
5. Ensure compliance with ethical and institutional research guidelines.
6. Participate in writing grant applications and reports.
7. Maintain accurate and organized records of research activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• MD or Master’s degree in [Medicine, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related discipline].
• Demonstrated research experience, including data analysis and manuscript preparation.
• Proficiency in [specific software/tools, e.g., SPSS, R, Stata, or qualitative analysis tools].
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical research practices.

Preferred:
