Salary Range: 95M, Salary Grade: ML4, $152,329 - $190,412 (Annually)
General:
The Director of the Equity, Inclusion, and Human Rights Branch reports to the Executive Director (ED) in charge of Value and Impact Division. This role has both internal and external components, which include leadership for a multifunctional team, developing and executing strategies that support the organizational goals and direction, as well as leading the implementation and monitoring performance of action plans which respond to identified problems and limitations. Providing strategic advice to the executive leadership of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) in relation to the principles and standards of equity, inclusion and human rights. This role is responsible for guiding policy and recommending resource allocation to ensure the delivery of fair, inclusive and equitable police services to the citizens of Edmonton.
