Agilus is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk- Term in the healthcare industry in Toronto, Ontario. This is a 6 month contract.
A typical day:
Enters invoices into the Accounts Payable system.
Conducts monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.
Provides timely responses to vendor inquiries.
Ensures prompt responses to inquiries from management and other departments.
Finalizes month-end accruals.
Initiates requests for new vendors and updates existing vendor information.
Performs additional tasks as necessary.
The successful candidate brings:
Ability to manage concurrent and strict deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively.
Decision-making skills with a strong analytical and judgmental approach, handling confidential information and inquiries.
Professionalism, dependability, and strong interpersonal skills for positive collaboration with staff and vendors.
Completed relevant post-secondary education from an accredited institution.
Recent experience in accounts payable.
Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
Total rewards:
Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week.
6 month contract.
Weekly pay check every Friday.
