  • Flexible Schedules: Full-time and part-time positions available between 20 to 37.5 hours per week in our branches (can vary per district).
  • Compensation Range: From $19.35 to $21.28.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering loan information.
  • Selling our loan and protection products.
  • Closing loans virtually and in person.
  • Following up on past due customer accounts.
  • Cash controls, including taking payments.
  • Committing to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn our customers' trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE: Authorized to work in Canada.

  • High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset.

PREREQUISITE: Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
